In the weeks leading up to the Singularity Summit 2007, Cameron Reilly of The Podcast Network will be talking with our speakers about some of the core issues to be debated at the summit. The first podcast is with Dr. Stephen Omohundro, Self-Aware Systems President and SIAI Advisor. Steve is a close friend – an exceptional thinker who frames these issues in a manner that resonates with an inclusive group of people. He is one of few researchers thinking carefully in advance about the social consequences of self-improving systems.

You will have the opportunity to meet and talk with Steve, along with our 15 other speakers, at the summit this September. We expect tickets to sell fast once we officially announce the conference, since we are charging only $50 total to reserve seats for both days. We strongly encourage everyone who wants to attend to reserve your seats as soon as possible.
